App interactions and usage: screens visited, buttons tapped, and feature use for analytics.

Device and connection details: device model, OS version, app version, and coarse location inferred from IP by Google at city/country level.
User identifiers: Firebase installation or analytics IDs used to link events and sessions.
Personal Information
Name / display name: used for account management and personalization.
Email address: used for Google Sign-In and secure cloud backup authentication.
User-Generated Content
Vehicle information: license plate number and vehicle type.
Trip and route data: manually entered routes, odometer readings, distances, dates, and cargo types.
Financial and expense data: diesel fills, tolls, repairs, food, fines, and other categorized expenses.
Documents and Files
Documents: RC, insurance, license, and other files can be added to your vault.
Storage note: the actual images/files are stored locally on your device; nothing is uploaded to the server.

We do not sell your personal data. Some data is processed by Google services that power authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and cloud backup.
Storage
Data entered in the app is stored locally on your device and may be synced to Firebase Firestore for backup.

We keep data as long as needed to provide the service or until you delete your account or content, subject to technical and legal limits.

We share information only with service providers that help us run ViaMitra, such as Google Firebase services.
